Pumpkin Crisp
This is so good! If you like pumpkin pie you will love this one!!
1 can "one Pie" pumpin 1 can Evap milk 3/4 sugar 1 tsp cinn 1 tsp nutmeg Mix these together and pour into 9x13 pan. sprinkle one box white cake mix - DRY over the top of the batter drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over top of dry cake mix. top with slived almonds or any nut of choice. (I didn't use any for I don't care for nuts) Bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins. yum yum!! |

I am not sure but "One Pie" may be a Maine thang. You can use any canned pumpkin from any maker, just to clarify.
(One Pie is made and canned and distributed from Maine) :D This sounds delish! I wonder if I can bake it in a dutch oven on a wood stove? Still powerless here!:( |

It was a hit here over the weekend - my DD who loves pumpkin pie said this was a here new fav. My mom makes a strawberry rubbarb dump cake that is made just like this. That is really good too! So easy! And warm it up in the microwave - yum yum! |
this was good Char. We had it on Sunday when we were making pierogi
