Hey- Can I do this weekend check - in....
 

The Day after, how are you all doing? It is raining here, there is a storm up in the mountains, so we are getting the rain. We don't get it often so it's not bad. The mountains will be all white on the peaks and will look pretty, we are in the valley at 2000 ft, and it's snowing at 4500 up to the top which is 8500ft. At least it;s not cold out.

Today is supposed to be a huge shopping day, from what I heard since Christmas Eve, because the stores dropped their prices to 50% to 75% off, plus there will be people out and about exhanging things. I have no desire to go out.

I made my turkey dinner yesterday, Dirk enjoyed it, I don't have a big appetite, but afterwards he cleaned up, then I just had to go lay down, I feel badly, but I can't seem to help it. It seems a good escape for me, plus I just feel tired.

My mind keeps me going on and on, so my body needs to shut down, so I take my meds and sleep.

Anyway...what's up???

Watched sex and the city last night that was fun!
jeff got me the movie and book so it is very entertaining, very fluffy movie.

I feel like crap today. I feel tired and like weak and I have to force feed myself to keep the weight on. But I have had this issue before. I have to eat something every two hours. In three days I will be on the plane to CA to see the rest of my family. I love the plane rides plus I got extra music to get me going :) I hope everyone had a great Christmas. I have to clean my trashed room LOL

I'm glad that you liked the movie.
I haven't seen it yet. It seems like it would be fun. I try to look for movies that have no emotional pulls on me. If the movie pulls me in, I end up reacting to it.
The good thing about the gloomy weather is that you don't have to put up with it all winter -- just visit.
I hope you stay safe and warm while you are there.

I was out and about today because I drove to see my tdoc.
Then I stopped at a place that does alterations to pick up a pair of pants that I dropped off a few days ago to get hemmed.

The roads were light. I guess that is because people had off today.
But I stayed away from the malls -- I don't know about the traffic there.

Hi all,

Derrick and I went to my mom's for christmas. Along with Devin and his family. Seems like its getting bigger and bigger every year. But at least we had a good time. My youngest sister's fondest wish came true this year.
She was given the best gift this year, she has a foster daughter, who is
14 and she is a very nice young lady. Who is Derrick's new best friend I think in Kokomo. I was so nice to see someone take to him so nicely.

I always love it when someone takes the time to see past the difference's in him. She really spent time playing games and doing things with him. This was such a difference than when Ben my nephew just ignores him for the adults.

TOday we went to lunch with them, and my mom. And they played some games. I'm going to try and do some shopping I think tomorrow.

I am having a great time but I am anxious to get on the plane lol. I get so excited that I get flu symptoms lol. It sux. Good thing I have bentyl. But I might need more when I get back:(

Last night I took Derrick to meet his friend. So he could spend a few days
with him and his family. Its a real treat for Derrick, he very seldom gets
