Newbie here with surgery around the corner
I am new here and I want to thank everyone ahead of time for your support and expertise. This looks like a very supportive environment....
I have spinal cord compression at C4-5 which is causing a lot of neurological problems: weak legs, burning in arms and difficulty with urination (to name a few). My surgery is scheduled for March 4, but I don't know what surgery it will be or which surgeon is going to do it. Everything is in the air due to Worker's Compensation issues. I am in "limboland." I just hope the best procedure and the most appropriate surgeon is on board when March 4 rolls around. I look forward to getting to know all of you. Thanks again for your support. OUCH  |
Howdy again
HIya....good to see you here:yahoo:

Colin, GMA, drea thanks for welcome ;o)
It is strange, but due to all kinds of support, good information, and I think the grace of God, I am not nervous about this surgery and about my recent abode in limboland. Perhaps I will be as the surgery date draws near. I am just trying to stay focused, stay positive, and stay connected to God and fine folks such as yourselves. :grouphug:
I hope the best for all of you as well.... |
Limboland is where I belong. I have been searching for that place for a long time. Thanks for identifying it for me. So many of your problems are like mine neckasorus. They are doing an MRI of my neck next week. Maybe they will discover why my bladder, bowel, neuropathy pain in my foot and weakness in arms and hands exist too. Look forward to talking with you soon.
