Optimal level for B12 for Fibro?

Thanks to Mrsl D. for her info that those with FM have low levels of B12 in their spinal cord. My level is 450. Looks like that is on the low side. I am taking 5mg of methyl sub lingual for about a year now since that test. I am due for another test soon.
Just wondering - maybe my level should be a lot higher because of the fibro. I read somewhere that some people have levels of 800-1,000.
Is there an optimal level for FM and how do you know that you are really getting it into your spinal cord?

Optimal level

The optimal level of methylcobalamin is high to off the chart when a person is trying to heal.

The better B12 lab ranges have no upper number.

Taking 5000 mcg methylcobalamin per day pretty much guarantees that your spinal fluid and tissues will be getting lots. Good! :)
