Hi gang~ How is everything with you today? It's a rainy ole day here. A good day to stay inside and do the things I been putting off. There are many! I haven't been doing much lately, just to tired and one of my meds had to be changed. It was keeping me up all night, like a durtic.

Hows the old diet & exercise doing? I could be doing better. I need to get back in shape and stay away from the snacks. Maybe I'll give the treadmill some use today. Anyone want to go on a virtual walk? Lets see, where could we go? How about shopping? I do need to do more of that. Jan you get out your skate board, and Gaye you could take a bike ride & Nancy could get out a chair at the store. Sue could just walk or ride one of the carts. I don't know about the rest of you. I guess some maybe having snow. They are calling for it here today. You can write in what you will do. I guess Bizi could lift a car in the parking lot. ha! Don't forget your uglyest lipstick and some shades! Lets have fun!

I'll be back behind with you Sher. I am always so tired. Gaye now, has a second wind and she will keep us moving on her new bike. I had this neat pictue of Jan,but I think she sneek over here on her last trip & took it. I have everything in order since moving.

Sher where do you want to go? I'm game & I'll go. Does anyone have Christmas shopping they need to do? Somebody will have to help me, for I don't have a clue as to what to buy.

The ones I haven't mentioned, just come on and we will pick you up on the way. I bet Jan over done shopping yesterday. She is probably still in bed! Lets eat supper out at some fancy place. ok? I am going to be hungry by the time we finish.

I am game for shopping...tried to shop at our mall here last saturday...was not too bad.
I don't like to shop with out some Ideas first...so I need to call my family!
Even so I am game for the walk!

Good afternoon one and all, hey I am in for that shopping as long as I get to stand on the back of the cart and whiz by all of you :D My son does that all the time and it sure looks like fun!!!

Man it is cold here. We were out wrapping the palm trees last night because we had a freeze warning (28 degrees) and I paid too dang much for those trees to let them die. Hey Nancy, meet me at the ski lodge and we will learn to snow board ha ha ha ha ha yeah right!

Doing ok on the big D, watching what I eat and trying to stay busy. Also lots of water and no egg nog!! Well I will catch ya'all on the flip side...Sue

I don't know about you but after all that shoppig and the great supper I am bushed. I really did go and got somethings. Even took Bear along. He couldn't get out but he loves to ride. Sher, Bizi and Sue went too. What a day with all that snow.

Hey I even got myself this keyboard so I can learn more about music. That's me you hear playing Christmas music. No, I am going to save it hopefully till Dec. 24 eve. Thats what we always done at home. I have found a real nice ring too. I'll have to see about that one. I do love jewelry! I use to sell for a chain store. I loved the job. I wished I had it now.

I been practising putting a picture on like Jan. I almost know it won't work. I will leave it off here for I forgot one step.:o

Yes I have sometime ago. It is not easy for me. Jan says its hard for her to put on paper. I have it, and still can't do it. I know several that want to learn.
