Hello all! I got an email from Di a few moments ago......she wants to thank you ALL for your prayers for her Father. He has been diagnosed with a bad viral infection and is being treated for severe bronchitis with some strong antibiotics. His blood pressure is under control and they finally saw some improvement in his condition yesterday!! She is SO grateful for all the support she has received from her forum family and plans to post as soon as possible.

She is under a tremendous amount of personal stress aside from this, poor dear, and asks for continued prayer for her in the coming days. I will leave it at that and let her update you as she's able. She may be out of town, and will check in with us and write to all as soon as she can.

She wanted for me to stress how much you all mean to her and how much of a comfort it has been knowing that so many people are reaching out to her in prayer and thought. I, too, offer my thanks to this forum......I love how we pull together in times of need and connect our hearts and our thoughts across the world in spite of our personal problems and pain.

Thanks everyone for caring. I seemed to get it from both sides all at once. But everyone is a live and well. I really am thankful for each and every one of you!

PS MOM I love your snow scene, did you get enough snow to make your day???

Di.....we are SO glad that you were able to write and let us know you're ok!! You will be continued in our prayers through the coming days for complete resolution to all that you are going through right now.

The snow scene, I regret to say, was actually taken in my neighborhood in Northern Ohio when I lived there about 5 years ago. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL there. Colder and windier than anywhere I could have ever imagined (right off Lake Eerie), but I LOVED it!! If anyone would like to send some of their snow to Indiana.....I'll take it!!!
