hello!

Hi I dont really know what to say other than i have been dealing with the beast of TOS now for 6 or so years, and have had bilateral decompression surgeries done at UCSF by Dr. Schneider. my right side is pretty awesome in my book. most days are great with minimal pain on that side. my left, well if i could velcro it off and leave it off on the days it hurts....well wouldnt that just be nice!!

anyways, I used to frequent here long ago under the name churchgirl21 if anyone remembers.

I dont type much anymore, but I am looking forward to reading and catching up!!

Cuton2:)

I am actually starting to see a psychologist to help with the grief of loss of life, job etc....and planning anything in your life again!!:p

Love the velcro theory!! I want one for my right side!!!

Hi Victoria,
I forget here is a place i can right my Real name and its ok, its more like a family here. I missed that.
you said it doesnt get any easier, and boy are you right! I thought after the surgeries that I would have that relief for EVER!! (boy was that a silly thought!) to be honest my right side is pretty good. (pretty good, is great is TOS land!)
I, too just started with counseling to deal with my losses and fears, I fear driving because that is what set everything in motion for me, and the loss of, well you said it, life, work, all the fun stuff I used to do with my family.
and part of that is reconnecting with you guys. you guys, I realize are an important part of me, in realizing that I am not alone, at least.

*passes out the velco for everyone!
:D:p
