I'm new
 

Just wanted to introduce myself. I am 2 Blue...I have been through a lot of conservative things to help my spine. I have tried pt on numerous occasions, ot, massage, aqatherapy, neve=block injections, meds, accupunture everything except chiropractor. I have had sever nerve pain since March 08, and have been suffering from the top of my head down my back to my but and accoss down the outside to the knee. My arms and shoulders are also burning from humb pain. I want to know if anyone else out thtere is like me. I am new to the sight and would love to hear your feedback. I am probably on my way to surgery...I am not looking forwards to this.:) Please advise with your own experiences.
