Laughter actually is the best medicine!

One thing we've done for years is watch "AFV" on Sunday nights. Those videos are hilarious and it's a great way to end the old week.....or start the new week....however you choose to look at it.

Sometimes it's hard to find something to laugh about. Especially when things seem to be going not-so-good in other areas of our lives.

I challenge myself to look for things to laugh about....or at least smile about. :)

I probably won't be laughing for a few days yet.

I finally was able to get my hair done today and my hair stylist is a hoot, so we laughed alot. It was good for my soul today and much needed.

I normally laugh a lot.

In fact I even laugh at my computer sometimes and if anyone saw me doing that they'd think I was bonkers. ;)

You're right! I don't even know what he's laughing about but it's contagious! You cannot help but laugh (or at least smile) while watching this!

I yelled at a group of men for just watching and refusing to help an elderly handicapped woman who was obviously having problems with a wheelchair and oxygen tank. (I did help the poor woman so happy ending anyhow).

Afterward; I felt embarrassed about it and thinking about little me marching up to a group of lazy bums giving them what for was kind of funny. After I got off the elevator I cracked up laughing!! :D
