Hey weather...stop changing!!!!!
Okay, I know I live in Massachusetts. I also know that we have the reputation for our rapidly changing weather but what is going on around here is just plain ridiculous!
Take today for example, as of this post it is 65 degrees outside with a storm coming. In the next few days we will be floating down to the 30s. Typical NE roller coaster of weather. But this is just too much for my body! My pain levels are going crazy and are driving me just as crazy! Is anyone else having major issues with this weather too? I am sure I will hear from you all.:D |
Well, considering that I live fairly close to you my weather is practically the same as yours... and I have to say that it is driving me nuts too!
Over the past month it has gone from warm to cold to warm to cold to rainy to dry to rainy.... it's been a crazy November, and the constant changes are driving my pain levels through the roof. Maybe we should plan a road trip. You and me can hop in a car and drive south for the winter :) Anyone here live in the south? Want to have me and Wendy as houseguests until spring? LOL Seriously, this weather is awful and I wish it would just stop changing. |
I totally agree. I really don't care what type of weather it is. As long at it is a constant. If its going to be raw and rainy, let it be that for a few days. Let my body rest for crying out loud!
I know our friends in the mid-west must be having a hell of a time with the weather. First it was 65-70, now it is snowing!!! Ugh! |
southern louisiana...
Well...I live in Southern Louisiana...and I can't say that our weather is so wonderful either. But, at least it has been clear, and without rain for the last few days. For the last several years, we haven't had much of what you would call winter. This year, we even have the seasons with autumn leaves and everything!!! Maybe Hurricane Katrina did that. But, it has been down to freezing for the last few days, and I have been staying in my old recliner snuggled under my quilt. I wouldn't possibly dare to go out. I am expecting rainey hot summer weather will be around by next week since nothing can be counted on for long around here. Winter is always the worst season in the south since it changes so much...and to top it all off, the humidity makes it go through to the bones...even for those who are well. But to tell the truth, the Summer is worse. Humidity plus heat equals sweat!!! Besides, one of my symptoms is that the sun actually makes my skin hurt, and heat draws out all of my energy. But...I am still alive, and can always find something to be happy about anyway. So, I guess I will not complain.
