Take A Pill

When you’re in pain or you’re ill,
They tell you to take a pill.

When you have a cold or a chill,
Keep warm and just take a pill.

When there’s an infection to kill,
To get well you take a pill.

When you’re lying there awake still,
Why don’t you just take a pill?

When you’ve lost that intimate thrill,
Don’t worry, just take a pill.

When you’re old and over the hill,
To stay young you take a pill.

When you’re down low and lost the will,
It’s alright now take a pill.

When you can’t pay the doctors bill,
Just relax and take a pill.

When there’s a script you have to fill,
The pharmacy will have every pill!

But it does get depressing when you realize how many meds you sometimes have to take!:confused: lol

I grumble at my "pills" all of the time, but I guess the only worse thing would be if I didn't have any to take!
