Hi just joined

Hi,
I am new here, just looking to find others who I can relate to with my spinal issues. Its pretty lonely as I have just found out to have a back problem. Just in general looking for support and to be able to share experiences, feel apart of something. Been depressed lately and glad I found this sight:)

Thank You

I appreciate the welcome :) I have suffered with depression and anxiety for years as well as sleep issues, but they havn't found a diagnosis for the sleeping disorder or a reason. Sometimes I wont sleep for days and other times I sleep walk, they really dont know whats wrong. They think I must have injured my back during a sleep walking session because I dont remember any injury to it. Its just so lonely especially on the days I cant sleep and no one is awake. I just cry all the time. Sorry I am rambling. Anyways thank you very much for the welcome, looking forward to meeting new people :)

Hi Iriseyes,

Just wanted to say hello to you. I am new here too, been a member about 15 mins. I live in Spain and send most of my time there, although I am back in the UK for a couple of weeks, helping my daughter choose her wedding dress.

Hope to hear from you soon.
All the best Mary J

Iris,

You sound exactly like me !!!!!!!! I had all same problems too !

My doc gave me Lyrica, and the problems are gone now. I only take B complex now.

Good luck ! and enjoy your stay here.

Mary J

Bienvenida !!!!! :D

Wow

I already feel a little less alone, thank you both, Mary's. They cant figure out how to treat the sleep because all the medicine that would normally treat it makes it worse because of my high tolerance to medication and general doing of things backwards. I dont seem to play by the book ever so for now the jury is still out on why I go through random sleep cycles
Maybe I will find out a little more here from other's experiences. Thanks again both of you.
Welcome Nursey!! I hope this site helps us both :)

Iris (beautiful name) I am a spinal issues gal, I can relate to the frustrations, they lonelyness, the anger. I had to see a Doctor for the depression, and I recommend that.
Also, please try the chat room, for real time conversation...it's a good bit of help when your feeling down and alone...;)
