Victoria mentioned something she does and posted a video link, so I thought it would be good to have a thread for videos that we find.

These are from a basic search some may be duplicates.
I haven't looked at each one yet, just wanted to get them listed here first. If anyone finds a really good one, it can be posted as a separate link in the thread.

I wouldn't try anything that you know might hurt you or make you hurt worse. But there might be some good ideas that you can modify for your self.

very interesting Jo! I have to wonder what some of us would do if he did those harsh movements on us!!!!!!!!! I'd be smacking the guy!! LOL
