No top, no bottom.

Well, I have a new delima I've got myself into.
I was scrolling very fast and it bounced off the bottom I guess.
At this time I can't go down to the very bottom so I can't get down as far as getting my control panel and I can't get completely to the top?
What?

I'm OK-fixed it myself

I found what was wrong and I'm happy that I could fix it. I know by what I wrote, no one would understand anyway cause I am not a good explainer.
