? on automatic starters for your car

This is what I want for Christmas. Does anyone here have one? If so, what's the best brand and how much money is Santa going to have to spend?

Each car requires it's own type of starter. I just bought one and it cost about $150, with a $20 rebate when I returned the old one to the store. Then it has to be installed, which usually is only 30 min - 1 hr labour.

I've bought refurbished one's cheaper (I think $50).

I was just going to ask the same thing..Thanks.:D

Does it mean that you can sit inside your warm house, start the car, and let in warm up?

remote control

remote control, maybe?

Yes, it's a remote that starts your car for you!!!!!!!! So in the summer, your car is nice and cool and in the winter, your nice new leather seats aren't freezing.

Sounds very cool indeed, Doydie. I think you must have one for Christmas. Did you put it on your wish list?

Ok, I thought you meant like a 'normal' starter. :p

Carry on . . . :D
