Greets!

Hello all! The reason I joined is because of my newest shiny problem, which is a wee 2mm aneurysm. In addition, I'm also a migraineur, brittle diabetic with neuropathy, and have fibromyalgia and bradycardia...and that just begins the fun! Even so, I'm fairly active, exercising 1-3 hours a day because of the bradycardia. It's low enough to make me weak and dizzy (down to the 30s and 40s), but not low enough for a pacemaker apparently. Sooo...since my heart responds to exercise, I exercise. Running so far does the best job, and I was working towards a marathon when the brain aneurysm thing came up. It was sort of a double problem because I'm also in kempo and now there's a question of whether or not I can continue with sparring. Life is an adventure, but it can get a little crazy when the adventures seem to all be happening within. :D

Many Blessings,
Janet

Hi, Janet! I am really happy to meet you! Boy, it sounds like you are one pretty active lady. But that's a good thing. You are right, though, that your body doesn't always seem to keep up with your mind. And you have to take care of your body! You strike me as the kind of person who does just that. If you take the time to learn your conditions, they can probably be handled. But it's good to have a competent physician to help you. I wish you the best of luck on staying so active and in control! :)
