I don't have any moderation....I want peace.

Dear friends,
I just got back from seeing my pdoc and she said that I have a full fledged addiction to the internet, which I agree.
So I have already tried cutting back, moderation which I am not good at so I am going to just have to quit until I can learn better.
so Thank you for all of your support.
hopefully I will be able to come back.
I am having to quit facebook as well as it was becoming a problem as well.
I may not make it but need to try. I need to work on my relationship with my hubby.
You are wonderful people and I will miss the daily interactions with you.
love beth

i hope you can come back beth

.... but most of all i wish you peace, and wish you good luck as you work on improving things with your hubby. do remember those things take time. be patient with yourself as you would be with a young child. nurture the child in you. ok? be well...

Bizi...if it makes you feel any better...I've had my concerns about potential internet addiction. I feel like I was headed in that direction and did some things to stop it.

For example, I joined Facebook and two days later...got rid of it. Instincts told me...NOPE!

I have "internet free" days. I also have days that I limit my viewing. Of course, some days I just don't have a moments time. Other days, I don't really have time...but sneak on (like I'm doing now UGH!), but then I try to limit it to five minute intervals here and there.

When I find it is getting to be too much...I make sure I cut back days. I'm making sure that there is balance.

I think it is wise to take note when things are "off" and simply work in thru....hang in there.

I hope you can find some peace in your life.

I don't have bipolar disorder, but I've watched my aunt struggle with it since I was a child.

Wishing you the best of luck and if you should backslide, don't be hard on yourself.

Take care:hug:
