Help with cervical mri

Anything serious I should worry about?

c6-c7 disc level: Mild narrowing and degenerative changes of the disk space. Posterior spur formation with compression on the theacal sac and compromise of the subarachnoid spaces. There is focal narrowing of the cervical spinal canal. Bilateral moderate to severe narrowing and degenerative changes of the neural formina with most likely indentation on the existing c7 nerve root.

c7-T1 disc level: The disk is intact with no evidence of bulging or protrusion. Bilateral mild narrowing of the neural formina

1) Mild narrowing of the disc space of c6-7 with degenerative changes. Posterior spur formation compressing the thcal sac with questionable mild indentation on the anterior aspect of the spinal cord. Bilateral moderate to severe narrowing of the neural formina with most likely impingement on the exiting c7 nerve roots bilaterally, clinical correlation is suggested. Focal narrowing of cervical spinal canal.

2) Mild narrowing of the lower cervical spinal canal.

I find it easiest to pick out the main words and then go from there.

so the c6/c7 looks to have the main issues.

What symptoms are you having?

The MRI is nice to show what is really going on with the structures, but what you are experiencing symptom wise is the main thing.
Others may have more or less symptoms with a similar MRI report.
