Finding Interesting things out in case

I called my ex's benefits center and asked if my ex could change me as beneficiary to his savings plan withoug my permission. They said no so if what I believe is correct I am due that money. According to a court case I am entitled to it even though the divorce degree said I am not. The point is beneficiary rules over all other. My in-laws must have gotten it illegally cause it's been over a year since it would have paid out.

Barbara,
Can you contact the main headquarters of the policy holder, not the employer, and make the demand? I don't remember if you did or it was responded too.

I know you sent a letter but forgot if it was the policy or the employer,
Seems a long time has gone by without a response.
call and make a demand for payout, and put it in writing too by email and mail. If you speak to someone get their name and title.

Please do Barb

I know of a 16 year old that has moved in with a friend of mine.
And she and her family has guardianship, because the father
has lots of problems.

Well it turns out the dad, just cashed the son's income tax
return check without his son's signing it.
