Back to the IVIG confusion.

Who has tried this?

and what do I get to look forward to besides monthly blown veins?

Is it toxic like the IVSM?

No it is not toxic like IVSM. IVIg is a blood product. There are at least 7 different formulations of it including one for diabetics. Some time ago I did some research into it for exacerbation treatment for myself as I was developing some pretty bad side effects to IVSM. We ruled it out for me b/c I have way too many allergies and the docs all decided that it just wasn't the right tx for me.

It does work for some people.
