Feeling a bit detatched
 

I haven't been around much lately. I got a job. I've worked 3 weeks. This week I'm off for spring break.

Can you believe it? I haven't worked in at least 18 yrs, but I got a job.
I love it.
I'm the lunch lady. lol
I got a job working as a sub in the school cafeteria. I'm sub-ing but I'm working almost every day.

There are days I think I may not be able to do it, but by the next day I'm fine.

Because of work and home, I haven't been around much. So I'm feeling a bit detatched. May take me some time to get caught up.

Even when I'm not here, I think of everyone.

Congrats on being a new member of the working elite. I don't miss working outside the home at all..:D I'll live within my means (as it gets smaller), but the extra dough would be nice.

Congratulations on getting a new job - I am SO proud and happy for you!!! I think it's important to have a job or something to focus on and take your mind off your health for a little while, if you are able to!!:hug: I really hope that you continue to enjoy your job and you're in my thoughts!!

Dont worry about not being on the forum too much - we are all here for you whenever you need us and always will be and hopefully you will catch up with everything that has been going off soon!!

I worked in a school system for many years. And I can say, the lunch ladies were among my favorites!!! I'll bet the kids are always happy to see ya?!
