Hi RSD31,
Welcome to the forum.
If you have to have surgeries try and get blocks before the surgeries. They do help keep it from spreading at times. It does take time to get disability. Some do get it quicker then others though. Just keep at it. Ada |

Welcome
Hi RSD31,
I am fairly new to this site also. Sorry to hear you may need surgery. If sugery is performed make sure your Drs. are RSD knowledgeable Surgeons/Anesthesiologists. Several blocks all within an hr. of surgery is very important. You may already know all this. FYI from another RSD lady. Welcome to NT everyone is so helpful here with positive feedback. I look fwd to getting to know you. Take care Debbie:circlelove: |
I went through a surgery last fall, albeit minor compared to what you are facing but it was on my rsd affected limb. The doctors knew what to do with me to prevent further spread of the rsd. You can read some of my posts I have made by searching on my user name. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Welcome to our forum.
