Most appropriate place to post?

Hi.

I'm going to have Anterior Cervical Disc Fusion (C6-7) on 4/22. I also have MS and some mobility problems -- e.g., I wear an Ankle Foot Orthosis to help with toe drop and knee hyperextension. And I'm concerned about the recovery period from my surgery in light of those mobility problems.

If I were to post a message asking for suggestions from anybody who may have faced the same sorts of challenges, where would be the most appropriate place to post? I see there's an MS community as well as one for spinal disorders. Or is cross-posting appropriate?

Thanks in advance

Jim
Post where ever you wish, and everywhere.
I don't notice any limits here.
I wish I could be of more help, I do not suffer with what you do.
Cross posting is fine.

Hi, Jim! Nice to meet you! Ain'tSoBad is right...post and read wherever you want. You might be surpised where you find that answer you are looking for. Chronic Pain is a good forum, since most illnesses involve chronic pain. Depression can be the same. I hope you find something which will help. Good luck and best wishes, Jim. :)

:Wave-Hello: Jim I saw your post and wanted to welcome you to NT. There is no "appropriate" place to post. Just post wherever you want. I have MS and we have a very active forum with a lot of caring people and we also like to have some fun too. :D

Hope to see you there.
