Have to say hello to my friends
Hello my dear friends I know it is me checking in been several months but I answered some post on the rsd side and had to say hello and say I'm still here, dealing with allot of pain as always still find it hard to do allot but I do still read here. I stay in bed allot more I feel the pain getting worse and am alone I have family and some friends but I feel they get tired of looking at me the poor cripple now.
So they do not call often I call them oh well at least I can come here and read I feel connected with you all as a second friendship through the computer LOL I think i had a break down months ago and went through it alone, work comp still making me crazy they love to cause stress even with docs writing them saying no stress is aloud and still mess with meds so on and on..... I know I sound like a broken record nothing new I feel like crap and hate all this my world sucks sorry for talking to much you all are great though thanks for being here as always every day I feel I know you all...bye |

You can take as long as you like, I'll read it.
So sorry you went through that by yourself. We're here for you now. :grouphug: Take things slowly. You can do it. Try to organize and write down appointments on a calendar so you won't forget. can cause delays for you. I know it's important for your comp claim to give you a decision. Workers comp and lawsuits are stressful... Trust you will prevail. Hang in there. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. |
So glad to hear you are reading along even if you aren't typing. (sidenote- why can't Voice Recognition software be given to every one of us?!! It should be free!!!)
We are all here for you as you are for us. This community means a lot to me- it makes it all more bearable even on the worst of days. :grouphug: |
questions on pain
Does anyone else have chest pain and surgical side rib pain? How about sensitivity to cold??:)

My left arm is the worst. Right affected to some degree. I learned to keep my arms fleece warm. Use a throw or blanket, warmer clothes. The new Snuggies (blankets with sleeves) are great for keeping my arms warm, but hard to move about in. Keeping my arms warm has kept my pain level down to nothing. I don't use a heating pad anymore. I think the heating pad causes swelling, on a microscopic basis, so I do better by dressing warmer. If I'm out in the cold, it bothers my TOS. My good doctor in Louisville says that's nerve damage. I would have thought more arterial, but I trust what he says. (Broken Wings) |
