New Here but not to all this mess!
Afternoon...I have autoimmune diseases...and lesions on the brain. I have just discovered I have a vit. D deficency my number is 8...so starting on (another pill) 50,000ut of vit d. I came here because although I am involved in other sights...this one is neruo and I see those guys all the time...next visit 28th so will let you all know how that goes...I hope I can contribute to this community! Hello Tings and welcome to NeuroTalk. I'm glad B2Y cleared that up, as I was racking my brain trying to figure out your username. I just recently found out that I too, have a severe Vit D deficiency and my Dr put me on 50,000 iu's of Ergocalciterol once a wk for 12 wks, and then one pill every other wk.
