lady went to heaven
 

my collie went to heaven on monday, she was very sick and i had to put her to sleep, she was my best friend my heart, i miss her so much, she is in every part of my apartment. i wish i could bring her back happy and healthy, i hope she is now happy and healthy in heaven, i cant wait till the day i see her again

I'm so sorry torey...dogs are such wonderful creatures..I wish they lived longer than they do. :(

I too am so sorry to hear of your loss, Torey!:hug: It is always hard to lose a beloved pet. We lost our springer spaniel just over a year ago and it was soo hard and I still miss him lots now.

Just an idea, I know you might not feel up to it now but maybe in time, it will help. When we lost our dog, Ben, we made a scrapbook with all of his pictures in it. We also have a 'memory box' with his leash, collar and brush etc in it. It helps sometimes when I miss him to get it out and look at it.#

I'm sorry Torey, for your loss. I always feel that this is the price we pay for having a wonderful pet/friend for years. It's too sad for words.
