Traveling Heating Pad: Car Trip to Arizona
 

I wanted to share a tip for everyone concerning heating pad and traveling.
I don't know about you, but my heating pad is very important to me. When hubby and I were getting list of items we needed to get together for our Arizona trip, I stated that I want my heating pad while we travel. Hubby called O'Reily Auto Parts, and they sell adapter that plugs into cig. lighter and a plug area for my heating pad!:):D:)

We purchased the adapter today:$24.95...to me, a blessing!

ya! two summers ago i went on a 3 week tour/road trip with my friends- they're in a punk rock band. and i made sure i had an electrical plug adapter both for my car and for the van so what ever car i was in i could plug in my heating pad. if only airplanes had electrical plugs for us to use!

Excellent suggestion! I use a cherry pit pillow, but you can hardly take a microwave with you in the car. ;)
