Need Mac & Cheese Recipe
 

Does anyone have a recipe for mac & cheese using either the Follow Your Heart soy cheese or Vegan Rella cheese?

I've tried the vegan rella chese as I would prefer a cheese that is also soy free, but don't know how to get it to melt properly to make mac & cheese. It becomes very sticky.
