New Wheelchair Kamikaze Video! Sunday in the Park with a Kamikaze...
I've got a new Wheelchair Kamikaze video up and running, "Sunday in the Park with a Kamikaze". It's a wheelchair driver's eye view of a day in New York's Central Park. I hope everybody has as much fun watching it as I had making it.

Marc that was fantastic. I love it when NY's Central Park is blooming with life. It's the greatest. :) You did an excellent job, as usual. I had a few belly chuckles on that ride with you. You are funny. Laughter is good medicine.
Karen wasn't with you on that ride I noticed. Is that why you did the roller coaster hill? :D In the Winter I find the park a little boring. In the nice weather, it seems the whole town comes to enjoy the little bit of country, in concrete city. The tall buildings shade so much of the sidewalks, but the parks were always my favorite places. Even downtown Battery Park was nice. I worked across the street and took the ferry to let my stress level come down from the hectic pace of my job. Everyone should try to enjoy the parks wherever they live. They are free and beauty is everywhere. Great for PWMS or other diseases/disorders. Or just take a walk or ride. Plenty of Vitamin D, and a great stress reliever. Thanks for sharing Marc. I truly enjoyed the video. Sorry to add so much fill to you thread. |
Actually, that video is made up of footage shot during two visits to central Park. Karen was along for the ride for one of them, but I didn't use a lot of footage from that trip.
And don't worry about adding fill to this thread, I think what you said was great... |
You know I'm hooked!

Nice job, Marc! I loved the jogging scene, I felt my thighs burning— I haven't felt my thighs for years. ;)

Marc, have you considered marketing your videos? You are good and they are so uplifting and yet so entertaining.
Thanks a ton.:) |
Spring is so nice. I'll be staying tuned.:)

I'm really glad folks are enjoying the videos. I haven't really thought of marketing them, they've kind of just been a goof.
Back in my previous "abled" life I was a video editor/producer for many years, and spent the seven years prior to going out on disability heading up the DVD production department of one of the major international music companies. I'm just happy that these videos have given me an outlet for the skills I used to use while working... |
Love the roller coaster scene!

I am not in a wheelchair but you will make the transition easier if I end up there.
