PD symptom?

I was sitting at my PC today and experienced what felt like an elecctric shock in my symptomac side. It felt like the tip of my fingers where shocked and my arm jerked back.

Any of you experience anything like that?

Could be myoclonus; it appears to be not uncommon to find among PWPs. It can range from a single limb to full-body. Amantadine stopped mine, which was good, because when I tried to take my nap in the afternoon it would hit every couple of minutes - felt like even my scalp was being zapped.

Noises too...

Not only do I have sudden electric jolts, I have noisy electric jolts. They boom like a gong, or crackle loudly, or cause blips of unmelodic cacophony inside my head. This usually occurs when I am about to fall asleep.

All the time! My husband and I laugh about them now. When it happens he utters, "nick, nick"... Like I have a tick... funnier in person... :p

Gotta find the humor in things!

It also happens to me at night right before I fall asleep.

I also take Amantadine but it hasn't seemed to lessen the occurrence.

Another one of the fun and exciting things to deal with! :D
