I've been looking for exercise I could do from a wheelchair but this is even better! I could skip any floor contact, looks like it really helps develop core strength and the ropes could deliver me straight to bed for my well-deserved nap. Thanks!! Just have to buy the dress for it.

yeah, but I would have to shave my legs. :(

I was dizzy just watching her, the audience would be covered in my sick! yick!

Gosh, I wonder how she does that without pulling her arms out of their sockets? Of course, you couldn't weigh over 95 pounds and do it. I could picture myself trying to get my big bottom up and over! ha ha

Her dress sure was pretty, though. :)

Talk about a total body workout!:D You can get it all done in 5 minutes. LOL

On our local TV station they were showing people doing these dance routines using a trapeze. I had never seen that before so I went looking on YouTube (which I rarely go on) to see if they actually had a clip of a performance and came across this. I have seen the aerial dancers with silk ropes before but had never seen the trapeze dancing. Then I came across this one. Ballet in the air.

I still think it would be so cool to actually do it. B.C. (before children) I used to love to go repelling and this reminded me of how I felt when I repelled. Although, many who went with me thought I was nuts as I loved swinging out from the cliff and twirling and free falling. LOL

Thanks anyways, Trish....but, I DON'T THINK SO!!!!
