Thanks for welcoming me to your group. I have a question for the group. My Pain Management Doctor is really pushing an SCS, and I don't want one. I have full body RSD and Failed Back Syndrom. He did mention something about taking Methadone. Does anyone in the group take Methadone, and what are your results!
Thanks,

Jmac51

Hi, and Welcome to NT

I don't take Methadone but my dad did. He said a 1/2 helped him more than Lortabs and Percocet did.

I don't know what a "SCS" is.

There's lots of info and good people here. Just ask if you need to know how to get around.

Hi Jmac, and welcome to NeuroTalk! This is such a great place to visit, and even stay awhile!

By SCS, do you mean spinal cord stimulator? I know nothing about these devices, but I can post a link for you where others may be able to help you out.

The first is the Chronic Pain forum, and I can see that there is a post about SCS. The second is the Back Pain forum.
