quick question to spinal community
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello Would someone please explain the meaning of ACDF. I see these initials used rather frequently in postings, but I haven't been able to figure it out. I've had two cervical surgeries (cage- front & rear)-levels- 3,4,5,6,7 & T1. I have been reading this section for a while now. Thought it was time to jump in. ...Thanks, Blakitty |
Acdf--
--stands for "anterior cervical discectomy and fusion", which describes the most common cervical spine fusion technique.
