Today I found this link to a video about Continuous Nerve Block Techniques in Orthopaedics and I thought I should share it with you all. It describes a number of different continuous nerve blocks for both upper and lower extremities and could be of value to those who have to face surgery.

Warning it is not for the squeamish or faint of hearts. If you don't like needles I don't recommend watching it.
