Pressure Points

Hey all, I haven't seen much of this if anything of the sort, but I find for me during really bad attacks, if i rub or hold my pressure points on my face, all of the pain gets sucked out of my face and to the pressure point i am applying pressure too. for me, there is on on your eye brow.. there is a little indentation on the bone, thats one that works for me, others are around my eye and certain places on my face and it helps mucho!!! If anyone else has done this or has any other experiences let me know!!! :)

I used to shove the corner edge of a freezer pack onto a spot just below my eye when the ice pick got really bad. It worked for me until I had the MVD.

yess I know what you mean, at times my fingers and pressure point get to hurting sooo bad from working them at times, but lord knows it is so much better then the tn pain :O but yes, the ones that I have found useful as well is the one located in the dip in the bone on the eye brow and one or two other small key points on the inner side of the eye-socket-nose portion, and when I am able to, another good one is near the cheekbone area. but for me, when it was so intense and excruciating that would help immensely!
