My new Elliptical

I finally got my Elliptical today. I absolutely love it! I have been on it several times today.

The last time I went 15 minutes :yahoo:

I had both my husband and son telling to get off the Elliptical before I pushed myself too much...kill joys

I want to get back on but my body is telling me don't even think about it :icon_rolleyes:

Can't wait until morning when I can get back on the Elliptical, yes, I know, there is something wrong with me :ROTFLMAO::ROTFLMAO:

You sound like me. I was keen on mine long ago too.
became a wonderful clothes hanger. Much better value for money hanging space than a treadmill.

LOL

In a past life I also used exercise equipment for hanging clothes, I haven't done that in years.

I had a treadmill for quite a few years, I wore it out. I have been trying to decide if I wanted another treadmill or something else. Once I tried the Elliptical I knew that was the one I was going to choose.

My max on the treadmill is 2 miles with a 2 to 3 percent incline. I am excited to experiment, over time, to see what my max will be with the Elliptical.

I will keep moving and using exercise equipment until the time my body says that's it, your done :)

Hi Snoopy,

You'll be amazed at how it increases your lower body strength. :) It also firms up the heinie.
