Hi
has anyone seen the footage on you tube with the mg sufferer being asked to do 30 steps on his heels and then 30 steps on tip toe?

Has anyone tried it? If I get really bored tonight I might give it a go!!LOL.

Sorry Im in one of those moods!

What's the link?

I walk around the perimeter of our oriental rugs and see if I can keep my balance. LOL

Right I made it back but my legs are shaking with the effort.I managed about ten steps on my heels and then could no longer lift my foot up. The tried tip toes lasted longer but same effect couldn't do it for long! :D
