Hello all. I am a 37 year old male, that has been on and off athletically (mainly running) and would like to feel better. I am frequently feel fatigued and have tried a few different things over the last three years or so to overcome that fatigue.

I also have a mild neutropenia, which means that when my wife or son or others around me get sick for a few days, it takes me more like a few weeks to get over the same thing.

I ran across this site yesterday and have seen some very knowledgeable posters. ...glad to meet you all.

Thank you for the thoughts and kind words. Yes, the Lord is my shepherd in whom alone I trust. He comforts me when everything else fails me.

It is good to meet others whose trust is in the Lord.

Welcome.

It is good to have you join us here. Sorry you're feeling fatigued. It can be frustrating for you and those around you. Nobody seems to understand what you're going through unless you're prfusing with something. :D Have patience.

Assuming you've been to a good doctor and had appropriate labs and the like, and assuming all those didn't indicate anything, then you will have to examine yourself a little more carefully. Are you getting enough rest, nutrition, hydrated, vitamins and minerals, minimum stress... exposure to metals or toxins, change in surroundings?

you know yourself and you know when you're not yourself.

Here are a couple of sites
