The Office of Disability Adjudication and Review has VACATES the ALJ Decision and go back for a new hearing, WOW things are starting to look hopeful I wonder how long I will have to wait for a new Hearing in front of a ALJ. started all this March 2005 for SSID.

what wrong

I have had 3 surgery's on each shoulder 3 carpal tunnel surgery's and 1ST rib removed left & right have 2 bulging disc's in neck , RSD in both shoulders & arms waiting to find out if they are going to start to replace my shoulders, i have other problems in each shoulder just received a order form the appeals council they vacated all the other orders so I'm starting from day one should have my AJL in a month or two i hope
