Great articles, I think there is a lot that goes along with the heart and mind when you don't have a balanced life and their is more stress in it than you know what to do with. There are a lot of programs out their that people really need to start getting involved with to Stop Anxiety. Anxiety and stress are killers and I believe they cause cancers and diseases. It is best to seek help and fight these things right when they become prevalent in your life and actively search for help by professionals in the field. |
