Monday another week check in please

;) Where is everyone? :lookaround: I have posted enough, so I thought maybe this will bring people together to post. It seems real lonely here lately, or maybe I am just not on the same time as everyone else, yet I see the same posts that haven't been touched, and nobody on the bottom of the screen.

If you all went on some tropical vacation, you better send for me, or at least send me a postcard!:D

Check in or out or over or below...................Hugs, Nikko:laptop: :Zzzz:

more turkey

Dear Nikko,
Hubby and I ordered a cooked turkey to be picked up on Thursday aft. Then we will have turkey leftovers for a while.

I hope to restart at the gym tomorrow. Oh yeah, and sign us both up for the yoga class at the community school that starts again in Jan. He loved the class and was the star student of course. (I try to hide in the back of the room and skip some poses when the instructor might not notice. http://www.thesmilies.com/smilies/happy0124.gif )

Hi everyone! I just just getting used to my new dosage of depakote. I got it doubled on Thursday. So I have been doing a ton of sleeping or sleep walking lately. My husband on the weekends bogarts the computer so I can't get on as often as I like when he is at work during the week.
I am still trying to wrap my head around this new diagnosis. Its only been a couple of months so this is all so confusing and new to me. When I read posts, I still get confused. I am so used to reading postings about chronic illness and Fibromyalgia.
Most of the time I just read everything you all write so I can learn more about this new illness of mine.

I am here

I just dropped my daughter off at school. I should make the cookie dough for her to make cut out cookies later. I am walking around "Braced" with my shoulders up around my ears making my body tight and pain higher. Like the "fight or flight syndrome....

Best medicine for my Woo's is hugs from my little one and grandson. Pulling on the sneakers for a fast and rough holiday ride. I just got half way through the shopping.

Let you all know how the cookies turn out, maybe we'll make chochlate chip too.
:Girl(angel-flying):

Why does it seem so overwhelming? All it is mix dough and drop on the pan?

Hi all,

I did 80% of my holiday shopping last night. I went online and in 90 minutes I had purchased most of what I need for my very large family. All that is left to do is get a few gift cards, find something for my gram, and hubby has to do more shopping for his parents... but I don't worry about what hubby has to do for his parents because this year I told him it's not my problem.

Wendy - my hubby is a weekend computer hog too... we recently bought a Dell laptop for me so I can get online when he is home and hogging the PC. We got a bottom of the barrel cheapest laptop available from Dell ($400) and it works perfectly for visiting forums, emailing, and the games I play. It does not work for the games he plays :D which was the whole point of getting a cheap laptop for myself. We found the cheap laptop in the "student" area of the Dell site and hubby bought it for me as my very early christmas present (I think we got it in mid to late October).

I am in major denial about the holidays coming so soon. Even doing my shopping did not make me feel as if christmas will be here in a week. It feels like early November - probably because of the weather here in New England. It's December 18th, and it's almost 50 degrees outside. We have not gotten any real snow yet, just a few little dustings of snow that barely covered the grass and melted in 2 hours. It's not cold, there is no snow, so it does not feel like December, and I am having a very hard time getting in any type of holiday mood -- which is probably a good thing since my holiday mood tends to be stress and depression and anxiety and general unhappiness.

I thought you and your husband looked great in the Xmas card.

It's hard to see that it's you on your avatar because you are in the back and the picture gets smaller.

Well, I have things to do today, but yet again I feel fatigued, I guess my coffee will kick in soon, it better.

All of a sudden I am staying up later and later, and still getting up with the dogs at their time, little stinkers they go pee, get their treats and then just rest, and here I am totally awake, yet tired.

Have a good Monday........if there is such a things as a good Monday, better saying TGIF I say. Here we go towards the holiday weekend countdown, ah help.

Hugs, Nikko

Hi, I'm donna and I'm just flying through wishing I had been on when someone was around. Heehee, I have not much to say. But that isn't new.

I have three son's and 2 grandsons' that like to keep me busy. But right now,
its my husband's job to keep me hopping. And my neck's job to keep me
in pain. So I just seem to be here and there.

Donna
