Where are you, what are you doing and why didn't you invite me to join you? I'm alone here.....I might as well take a nap or watch dumb TV.:rolleyes:

I want a full report, in color, with pics, when I get back from my nap...:grouphug:

It had been raining off and on here since early morning. Fireworks are postponed until tomorrow. I think a nap sound good. Going to see Jonny Depp in Public Enemy in awhile.

We don't have Independence Day over here so we don't have anything planned at all! It's 7pm already and I just plan on chilling in the house lol!! We went out yesterday to watch Take That (a boy band that Robbie Williams used to be in) and it has worn me out!! It was 4 and a half hours each way from here to London so i'm extremely tired today but it was great so was definitialy worth going!!!

It's been a pretty hard day for me today. Though we don't suffer Independence Day here, 2 years ago, I had a nerve block that put me in a wheelchair for 13 months. Since then, we always renamed Independence Day 'Lack of Independence Day' as for me, it was the day I lost my independence!

Went for a horse back ride
Went out on the boat.
Planted a few more plants in the garden
Spoke with some neighbors who are up for the weekend.
Watched a parade, from horseback.
Ate left overs for lunch
showered off the sweaty day, and got a nice lotion rub down.

Now, I am going to go get ready for the Regatta, fireworks, and picnic at the house up the street.

it's the 5th already, we're ahead...

it another cold morning and the only good thing is the Tour de France has begun. Yeahhhhh.

Spent the day down at the beach...the "kids" (all adults) went tubing...played games in the water. Then we all went into town, where they got ice cream. Then we came back and played "Bags" and "Ladders". Had a great dinner of brats, salad, fruit and beans...now letting food digest, then we'll have s'mores.
One of the kids bought fireworks, so we'll probably go down to the beach tonight...I'm putting off my medicine so that I can stay awake for the fun!
We had a wonderful day...I am so blessed to have such wonderful people in my family!
