Update on Stem Cell Operation

Update on the little boy who had the stem cell operation, as of today his MRI's improved, he is sz free, he is starting to talk again. His parents say he is more active every day and they are hoping he will be playing soon outside with the other children.

HE WAS FIRST DIAGNOSED WITH AUTUISM,THAN EPILEPSY , THAN BATTEN DISEASE.

The family is home and they will return to OSHU for the regualr checkups.

Hopefully each checkup will bring bring him closer to a healthy normal life .

What a gift that stem cell operation for his family and for all hoping to be helped by stem cell
operations

That's great to hear. Can you give more details on specifically how his MRI improved?

The articles states the post operative MRI"S looked at Daniels Brain, its a beautiful light light was filtering through where the cells are,Marcus Kerner
said.

(Batten disease is a death sentence.Children with the illness can't make an enzyme that normally clears the brian of fatty substances,so the substances build up and grow posionous. Children lose their ability to see, speak ,think and move and develop seizures and die by their teens. Their is no cure.)
