Fibro relief, Its been so bad for so long!

My massage therapist has been working as you know so much on my legs.
And knows how bad my neck and shoulders have been too. She is working
on them too. But then my arms started, and my lower back. And just
it went worse.

I switched at home from ice to heat. So this week during my sessions:

She has been using heat on the area's that are the worse also.

My neck she works on a bit. Then gets the towels and heats my neck.

And then works on my legs or hips and lower back. And its been odd.

It is seeming to relieve some of the pain and tension in the neck. But
of course also helps the area she is on.

So she then today moved the heat to my lower back and hips. And wow,
what a relief, and then back to my neck.

And I have to say even though my legs still are so bruised that we can't
do much there is so much more help.

But I just can't seem to find a reason for the complete tension.

Dear Donna

I am a bit at a loss but I know that Fibro is a big, everyday battle.

I just wanted to say I am glad you have found some relief and i hope this continues.

I also hope you can find some answers with regard to the tension. Any chance it could be stress-related?

Of course it could be stress related. But I honestly don't have stress right
now. Or at least more than usual. And with the credit cards that were hanging over my head gone. Its so much better.

Donna:)

Today, 15 days after this terrible stress day, Im feeling better... thank God... My low back and my wrists still hurt, but, little less than last week...

May the heat continue helping you !!! (and me !) :)

Everyone tomorrow will be my last massage for 10 days or close to that.

ANd I have to say, I would usually dread that. But my body is doing lots better right now. As long as I don't forget my heating device. And I use
all the exercise and hot tub things at the hotel I should do great.

I think this is going to be a good break for me.
