Natural Factors B-12

Has anyone tried this prduct? I have been using the Jarrow brand but bought this brand because Iherb.com had it for allot less. I'm wondering if it's as good now just from the way I feel but I will say the pill is much smaller and it desovles quick.

Thanks,
Marty

It looks okay to me.

Most of us use Jarrow, so there is a track record for that brand.

Take the B12 on an empty stomach. I don't believe much is absorbed under the tongue. Most will dissolve in your saliva and you will ultimately swallow it.

I think I'm ok if I swallow it in this case because I always wake up around 4am to use the bathroom I place the b-12 under my tongue then go back to bed for two more hours. The reason would be if I can get it to absorb through the skin in my mouth while sleeping all the better but if not then it's going to the stomach which is empty.

Thanks for the reply mrsD I know you're in a remote place. :D
