Post Concussion Syndrome and Arthralgias

Does anyone have experience with PCS giving rise to Arthralgia - that is non-swelling based joint pain and Arthitis like symptoms bilateral in hands and feet? I am experiencing this 6 months after MTBI non KO leading to PCS. It could be some other indication but I am negative for Lyme despite two tick bites. Thanks for your help.
