using Bi Method with implants

Hi! I have 4 dental implants. I'm wondering if it's ok to use scales the use bioelectrical impedance method to determine weight? The scales use a "gentle, micro electrical current" to read results. Since I have metal in my mouth, thought I should ask before I used one.
