Hello I am Carl

I am new here and would like to say it is a priveledge to have found this site. I am 44 married three teens and live in Alaska. I have chronic headaches and leg disease called CRPS and spinal nerve issues. I am a veteran injured over seas in the early middle eastern war and have not recovered since.
I look forward to learning about how to help myself with my conditions and better my life for my family.
