Absence of H reflexes

I am experiencing electrical shock feeling in my heel and find it difficult to walk and stand longer period. Symptoms varies with temperature as well. Nerve Conduction Studies : motor ans sensory nerve conduction studies are normal, other than absence of H reflexes bilaterally. I do have voice problem and droopy eye with blurred / double vision issues. Generalasied muscle fatigue, hypothyrodism, vitiligo. Anyone has any idea about H reflex issues

Hi. I am not sure about the reflex but have you been tested for auto immune as well? Can you call the doctor who did the test and ask what this means about the reflex?
