ACHES & pains

I have a large prolapsed disc L5/S1 and have tried various remedies and methods of pain relief. The problem I have is more to do with the achey legs. If I just had the leg and back pain maybe I could cope. But it's the almost constant achey legs I have trouble with.
It's there all the time but if I have walked a lot (I only work 5 hours a day) - even wandering around shops is tiresome because I have to prioritise where I want to go - then I have this MANIC ache in my legs that seems to come from the bone. It makes me want to collapse and really makes me feel sick. If I'm really 'lucky' I get stabbing, razor-like pains too.
It keeps me awake at night and then I'm so tired the next day I ache even more!
Does anyone else have this?

Hell ya !

I have the same problem.I have been on an eternal quest in life to figure out what causes that God awful, deep in the bone ache.Sciatica, explains the sharp stabbing, shooting pains;but I've never been able to get anything but a strange look, when I try and explain the, bring you to your knees, lose all your strength in your legs, deep bone ache.So if you can ever get an answer to that question, please let me know also.I must have asked at least 20 Dr.s that one,and I've never recieved anything but a confused look.
